Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Please be sure to arrive 45 minutes prior to the tour time. This is to give you enough time to locate the activity site and complete the check in process before tour departure, 30 minutes later. Walking tour portion is approximately 60 minutes. All tour must depart on time, and late arrivals are subject to no refund.
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline
No bags and backpacks of ANY kind inside the canyon, please leave those in your vehicle.
No camera equipment (tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, camera bags) inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
No umbrellas, open-toed shoes, sandals or high heels (proper clothing required).
No Strollers, Wheel based devices such as wheelchairs, and Canes are permitted.
Infants (ages 0-3) REQUIRES a ticket to participate. If your child cannot walk during the tour, it is required that you carry your child in a front chest carrier or a back pack carrier.
Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
No drones, GoPros or camcorders inside the canyon, please those in your vehicle.

Arrive at the check-in site, giving time for our guest to park their vehicles, and leave anything they do not need or allowed on the guided tour there. Then complete their final check-in process with the local Navajo Indian guides at the tour building and be ready to depart on the tour once their group's turn to enter is called.

Our lower antelope canyon tour was canceled. I wish we were told earlier so we could have made arrangements. It was canceled because of the weather. Please I would like to request for a full refund. Please send me the link so I can start the process. Thank you.

They canceled my trip after I drove three hours and didn’t inform us. We drove to the canyon and they had no recommendations

The canyon can close last minute due to weather. We are sorry for this. You will receive a full refund and hopefully can visit another time.

Drove 4 1/2 hours to get there only to be told they cancelled all tours for the rest of the day. They stopped after the 9:30 tour ours was at 12:00. It would have been nice if they would have called us instead of waiting until we got all the way out there. Viator was very accommodating and gave us a refund without any issues.
