Amazing experience! Me and my husband loved seeing and learning about all of the wildlife here in FL. Our guide Paul so super knowledgeable and passionate about his job and wildlife. Paul made the tour fun and educational. A++++ experience. Would totally bring back friends and family!!!!

My partner and I booked this trip using the website and it couldn’t have been easier. There were lots of times you could choose from and we opted for the 10:30 start time. The directions to get there and for parking were really clear. Our captain was Captain Alan. He was fantastic! His humour and charisma were contagious. Before we set out on the tour, he asked us if our sunglasses were polarised and we did a quick check to see how good the polarisation was. Mine were not polarised but I was able to use a pair of sunglasses provided by Captain Alan and we were also provided with a polarised lens to put over our phone camera lens. These glasses made a massive difference in being able to see the manatees in the water. Within minutes of setting off, my partner spotted an alligator and quickly Captain Alan manoeuvred the boat so that we were about a foot away from it which allowed us to get some great photos. Captain Alan was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and mangroves that we were seeing and he was able to answer any questions that we had. He explained clearly how to spot manatees and this supported us after the tour of being able to spot them at the beach by looking out for their footprint in the water. We saw two manatees in total during the boat tour and it was a fantastic experience. We were able to track them along the canal without disturbing them. Upon our return, we visited the gift shop which had snacks, drinks and some lovely souvenirs. All in all, it was a fabulous trip to see these wonderful animals in their natural habitat and top marks to Captain Alan for making it a trip we will never forget.

Went for a tour august 6th and we’re very fortunate to have booked with this tour company. When we arrived there was a storm rolling in so we got settled on the boat and relaxed while the storm passed. Captain Paul clearly enjoys his job and by extension makes sure you enjoy your time. Once sun glasses were distributed an alligator was spotted in the water and It was immediately obvious why you wear these. It made such a difference seeing into the water . He made my whole family very comfortable and even held onto my daughters life vest to make sure she was safe maneuvering throughout the boat. What was even more impressive was he first asked if it was ok if he held her life vest to help secure her, it was so respectful. We were able to spot 6 manatees together! And all of us aged 20 months to 70 years got such enjoyment watching them. Would recommend this tour to all families! Fingers crossed you get captain paul!
