What To Expect

Port of the Islands Marina

The 90 minute covered boat Tour departs from Port of the Islands Marina every 45 minutes daily 365 days per year.

Manatee Sightseeing & Wildlife Adventures

Experienced nature loving Coast Guard licensed captains to narrate the tour in a manner that resonates with children/adults of all ages. Manatees in the wild may be in the harbor area, the residential bays, or in the exciting mangrove forest. Manatees come to the boat over 90% of the time. Patrons enjoy matching birds in the trees to the provided Everglades bird Card. There is a max of 6 passengers per boat. Family groups of 7-42 will use multiple boats staying close.

Being with family. The nice thing is we were told by our guide we would get another trip for free. We will look forward to this. The guide was good but the manatees were not there.

Didn’t see anything but 2 dolphins and some alligators. But they allow you to come back for free if you don’t get to see a manatee.

This was my fourth time touring with Thai company. Captain Andrew was amazing and even though it is early in the season, we saw manatees, dolphins, alligators, and some birds. Lovely way to spend the afternoon. I also appreciate that I can take my little dog with us.
