The wait at the airport for the
Shuttle Van was almost 1 hour

After eventually finding the transport desk and waiting for 50 minutes, it then took us 2 hours to get to the hotel. The driver was only interested in getting a full load before he would leave the airport. I would book a car for our group only on the next trip.

Great service from go both when arriving at newark and when coming back.
The service desk at newark were friendly and arranged a guide to take us to meet our vehicle where we were greeted by a very helpful driver.
A really excellent service.
