If you can put up with numerous drops and pick ups by drivers who fail to communicate with you, then the savings against taxi costs is worthwhile. However, the driving leaves a lot to be desired for the weak of heart.

I call in the morning after my departure and cleary say "its 4 adult passangers with 2 large bagages" (our vacation was 34 days long and at that point we are going home".
They send a van with full capacity to pick us up. On that moment the car have already 4 adults with half of the trunk space ocupied and he will pick up 2 more. They should do the math. The driver call the company and they say "Don't pick the 4, they will have to pay for a private van (150 dolars)". I'm there with the driver who couldn't do nothing to help because it was not him fault and not ours. the company should do the math!!!!!
Finally the driver accepted us or else we will miss the plane.
Unfortunately the others passengers have to take their small bags in their laps and we carry ours big lugages in ours. It was the worst experience ever. So embarassing for us, because of the other passengers. We feel fooled and cheated and piss off to. The driver gently help us when the company could't do.

This was a nightmare experience, so bad we did not return on the shuttle in spite of having already paid for it. We were the first passengers on, and then were taken on a tour of the airport, picking up other people. 40 minutes later, we were back where we had got on. We did not reach our hotel for almost 2 hours after we had boarded the shuttle. Never again.
