We had some problems because one of the persons who booked the shuttle did not show and the driver waited for too much time.
We arrived at the airport too late and we had to run for not loosing our plane.

Disgraceful. The driver couldn't even say 'HELLO". He demanded we all occupy the back seat and then drove us around New York for an hour before he picked anyone else up. He stopped at hotels and picked no passengers up twice. He was not friendly at all and played his Ipod the whole time.

Worth it only if you're travelling alone. The wait made this a horrible experience. You won't save much if you're travelling with more than one person and in that case a taxi is a much better experience.
