We were somewhat disappointed with our Viator experience. When we arrived in New York we had to wait almost an hour before the shuttle came to take us to our hotel. On leaving New York we were advised that we would be picked up at 5.30am to be at the airport by 7am for our flight which left at 10.30am. We cancelled the pickup even though we had paid $30. in advance for it. We hired a car to drive us to the airport at a flat rate of $50. We were picked up at 7.15. The extra $20. was well worth it to have almost 2 more hours of sleep. We will not us Viator again.

I phoned the day before to arrange a pick up the person i spoke to was helpful arranged pick up for 2.30 am we had no problems driver was on time would use this service again .

had to wait 40 minutes for the bus to turn up and the journey to the hotel was horrendous. we landed at 2.30 and did not get to our hotel until 5pm ! Customs only took half an hour.
