They said they needed tobring me to the airport 3 hours before the check-in closes, which is way too early. Check-in wasn't even open when arriving at the airport. Had to wait an hour to check in. Otherwise good service. Pick-up at the hotel was on time.

The driver was dreadful took all the back streets into New York and drove far too fast with a mini bus full of people and constantly slamming the brakes on. The whole of my party felt really sick by the time we arrived at the hotel.

The best, driver (she) arrived 10 minutes earlier which I liked very much. She also let me sit in front since I'm sensitive with my stomach when being driven. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend their service.
