The only difficulty on this was a mixup with the girl I spoke to about confirming the trip - she was insistent that we would be picked up on 57th St while the driver came to 56th St. It gets five stars because the driver came and found us.

Absolutely excellent....once we arrived at Newark airport we was pointed into the direction of transfers. There was a driver there within a few minutes and he was easily spotted with the GO! Uniform. Once he had confirmation of Us being booked on the shuttle we was taken to the mini bus/van along with several other passengers. It took roughly an hour to get to our destination and this was with several drops beforehand,. The driver was efficient and knew exactly where he was going. This had been a very smooth beginning to our time in New York. The journey back at the end of our holiday was equally as prompt. This is by far cheaper than using a taxi service by at least half.....maybe more!!! By knowing it's all paid upfront takes the stress out of having to pay a fortune before even starting your holiday. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again.

Good value but takes a while to get you to your hotel - especially if you're the last stop on the route. It took 2hrs to get to my hotel, but was a cheap way of doing so.
