While driving around Manhattan to pick up different people, it was nice to see the sights. The driver was very knowledgeable and was able to tell us about places.

Will never book with Viator again. They never sent my booking to the company providing the shuttle service from hotel to airport. Spent nearly a $100 in phone calls to try and sort the problem.

Communication was terrible with Viator. Driver did not pull up in front of hotel, rather around the corner and despite 29 people out in front waiting for shuttles, left without me. I spent 45 minutes on phone to get home to come back and Inhad to walk a bold and meet him on another street corner. Very stressful. The upfront comma form Viator was weak and driver should have advised he would not be pulling up in front of hotel.
