Shuttle did not notify me of time and did not show up- had to take a taxi and paid 95 plus dollars- I want a full refund and you owe me for the extra I paid for the taxi to the airport.

The driver was on time and did an excellent job of driving .the only issue is with the booking that I had to call to confirm time of pick up because it was not done automatically and also the question is asked wrong it should say what time you want to be picked up not the time of the departure of the flight .can easily miss communicate

Used Viator from JFK to Hyatt Grand Central when we arrived. Experience was exceptional and I tipped the driver $40 because he was polite and very helpful even suggesting things for us to do on our trip. Our return trip to JFK was far from stellar. Driver was 15 minutes late, not huge deal it is NYC and I know it hard to navigate traffic. The problem was that my dispatcher told us he would meet us in front of hotel. 15 minutes after he should have picked us up he called and said he was at 41st street and 5th avenue, a block away. That would not have bothered me had I have been told that when we booked the return trip. When I stated that we have all of our luggage after being in NYC for 5 days and I would appreciate him picking us up at the hotel he very rudely stated that he was at 41st street and that was the way it was. We drug our items down to 41st street only for him to berate us again about that not being the right pick up place. I was beyond irritated as I watched him pick up the next couple of guests at their hotel. I understand that this may have been isolated as we had a great ride into the city.
