Avoid the crowds of the other "cattle boats" in Kona, and enjoy a small-group manta ray snorkeling experience with a maximum of 12 passengers.

This tour departs from Keahou Harbor in South Kona and enjoys a short 5-minute boat ride to our snorkeling site, Manta Village.

Your Captain and snorkel guide will educate you on Kona's famous manta rays and will discuss our safe and humane approach to engaging with the gentle giants.

After entering the water, you'll hold onto our lightboard, with your feet propped up by floatation devices, as the manta rays perform a graceful ballet beneath you. The manta rays filter feed on plankton that naturally gathers at the surface just before sunset, then accumulates underneath our lights. This is an opportunity to enjoy an evening on the water and watch in amazement as the manta rays glide around and dance for you.

Sooo good. Went on the 7:20 tour. Boat ride was only 3 minutes to the site. There were mantas around us before we even got in the water. We had 7 different mantas circling around us...some even rubbed up on us! Our guide Hunter and Captain Jeff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Hunter and Jeff were awesome!! What an incredible experience. We saw so many Manta Rays. They were doing flips right against the board we were holding. It’s not every day you get to be inches away from a 1000 lb fish. My only advice is to book this trip!

Lexy, Justin & Hunter were absolutely amazing! They were kind, funny, & very knowledgeable about the manta rays! Lexy was very prompt with answering messages prior to the tour & she really helped me out with rescheduling when I was running late. This was one of the most magical experiences of my entire life. This is a MUST DO experience when in Hawaii. Magical, surreal, beyond words. The highlight of my trip & it was only day 1. They had wetsuits up to size 3X which was awesome in helping to stay warm in the water!
