We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice to book with Manta Adventures to see the Manta Rays swimming in Kona. Dan, Tanner, and Payton were fantastic hosts. My four daughters are 17, 15, 11, and 8. Manta Adventures had the nicest boat and equipment, didn’t overbook so the boat ride and experience were extremely comfortable. When we showed up to the spot to watch the Manta Rays, several other booking companies were there as well and people were hanging off the boats because of how crowded they were. I’m sure they paid less, but their equipment wasn’t as nice, and the visitors were just kind of thrown in the water and told to go find Manta Rays. Not with Manta Adventures...they explained everything that was going to happen, why we were doing it, and what to expect. Because they have the best equipment - wet suites, snorkel gear, strong lights on the boards and on the boat, Manta Rays did come in and they got close. It was amazing! I highly recommend seeing this unique activity and only doing it with Manta Adventures. I’m sure you could book cheaper through another tour, but you won’t get the kind of attention and experience that we did. Do you just want to say you did it, or do you want to have an amazing experience that you will never forget? Definitely book with Manta Adventures!

This is a great company. Captain Bill and Shawna were great staff to go with, They were very informative, we learned a lot. We had many Mantas come out. An amazing experience.

I was visiting Kona as a solo traveler. I booked the Manta Adventures trip two days in advance. The captain was knowledgeable and the crew took really good care of u. They went above and beyond - loved the trip and saw lots of manta rays! Mahalo!
