Main Check-in location downtown is at the ticket booth located at 128 4th Ave S, Nashville TN 37201. Closest cross street at 4th Ave S. and Symphony Place. Guests can start their tour at any of the 13 stops. Stop #1 is located at the Motorworks Village 1305 Clinton Street.
Stops 7-10 close at 3:30pm Monday-Friday and no Trolleys will depart or stop there after then

Enjoyed the tour guides very much. They were knowledgeable and entertaining. It is a winding tour; doesn't go very far afield but offers some good views of the city, and a chance to see places where you may want to spend more time. The buses were comfortable, not overcrowded at the time of year we went. Some complaints: The ticket kiosks were not very convenient. The one at the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum is 2 full blocks from where the bus picks up-it is not visible from the bus itself. I ran into issues when I purchased tickets online but those tickets were never delivered to my email. We then had to buy tickets at the hidden kiosk and run back to the bus stop to meet the next tour. Another frustration: we planned on using the tour for some transportation. We got off the bus at the farmers market and Tennessee State Museum (both very worth visiting). We asked the bus driver when the latest bus left this stop-she said 5. We knew that the downtown bus stops were not used after 3:30. We got back on the bus at 3:30, and when we got to stop 1 at about 3:52, we were told all buses stopped at 4, so we were left there. Had to use an uber to get back downtown. The buses did run at a fairly consistent 20 minute interval.

The busses 🚌 stopped running at 5:00 and we really didn’t get the chance to go on the tour. We did have other things scheduled for the day and never got to use the busses.
