The route we take on the Cumberland is approximately 3 miles and usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on the current speed and weather conditions. Plan for 90 minutes on the water and 30 minutes for loading and preparation. This section of the Cumberland is typically calm, making it perfect for first-time kayakers. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and capture amazing photos along the way!

We had a great time paddle boarding and kayaking this morning, just wish we could have stayed out longer! Both Dan and our guide were great, even got a great lunch recommendation for a local burger place.
