The route we take on the Cumberland is approximately 3 miles and usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on the current speed and weather conditions. Plan for 90 minutes on the water and 30 minutes for loading and preparation. This section of the Cumberland is typically calm, making it perfect for first-time kayakers. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and capture amazing photos along the way!

Super fun activity! Quick and easy paddle to get a different perspective of Nashville! Glad we did it in the morning as the temperatures were hot.

We had little experience. The guides were helpful. The equipment was quality and easy to use. Great time!
