It was a very informative bus tour. Our guide, Harris Parsons, was extremely personable, dapper, knowledgeable, and helpful. He encouraged us to ask questions and was happy to give us the answers. If it weren't for this tour, I never would have been able to experience the city and beyond the way we did. The bus driver was great. She was a very skilled driver, friendly, and helpful. She needs to be commended as well. I would do the bus tour again and will recommended. The steamship experience was a little disappointing because no one told me how to purchase the buffet, so we had to eat at the snack bar and couldn't see out the window. Please make the instructions for purchasing the snack bar easier. Other than that, we loved the experience.
