The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

overcrowded.the have annoying ticket sellers around time square, even there is no space on the buses already.

Good Afternoon Roland W, Although, we do monitor capacity and prepare for more hectic times in hopes to prevent overcrowding. We do sometimes get it wrong and we are working hard to improve our system. We have been experiencing delays due to city events out of our control in the last few days, we do apologize for the inconvenience, as we try our best to manure around them. It could do with more buses at peak times but we didn't experience massive delays.the guides are great and Darius was so funny.give him his own show ha ha.

Our trip on the Blue Line was very informative and comfortable. Ving, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and he was very personable. Great value.
