The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

The tour guide (Tim) has an excellent knowledge on the city. He shares interesting facts and practical tips about dining and navigating the streets. Overall, it was a fun experience. I recommend it to those who want to understand the context of the sights that they visit.

Information provided on the marketing flyer is not correct. Downtown stop 1 where is should be the beginning of the tour , it’s not a stop 1, it’s actually a stop 2 , so the bus comes full already with no available seats to choose from. No address provided for stop 0. The company employees could not provided the right information. Very terrible experience. Think twice before purchasing tickets with the Big Bus company. Very bad experience !

Good Afternoon Royalescaperooms, We apologize for any misunderstanding, there is no stop 0 as all the stops as listed on the brochure. We do not lie or false advertise as we pride ourselves in operating a compassionate and ethical business, anything less of that is going against our core values and we would never jeopardize our reputation in doing so. Although, we do our utmost to reduce overcrowding and long delays. Unfortunately, we cannot force passengers to hop-off which can cause limited seating. Booked a Big Bus 3 day pass with 5 attractions. Confusing at first as instructions not clear that you need to print off the bus pass element from an appointed representative and to get the attraction pass, you have to go to Madame Taussads.
