The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

Negotiated the 3 day bus ticket down to $60 and what great value! The ticket included the 3 days, plus a night tour and a circle boat trip. Lots of buses, very informative guides....especially Lee who was awesome. I was actually surprised how much I enjoyed the experience! Would totally recommend this company.

I found the Big Bus Tours to be very informative and a great way to see the sights of New York. A special mention for John Harkins who narrated the tour and brought the city to life. He was interesting, humorous and gave us some really good tips along the way. All the tour guides were good but he was by far the best.

We took the 3 day hop on hop off tours of New York and we got a fourth day free as a bonus. We took the Upper East side tour witch was fun. We then took the red line with Bernie! Bernie was fun, entertaining and had lots of knowledge of NY, that first day we got off at the 9/11 Memorial. The next day we finished the red line and later at night we did the night tour. While waiting in line, we saw Bernie and we let people pass us in line so that we could enjoy Bernie’s knowledge for a second time!! If your not sure where to go and what to do in NY I recommand highly Big Bus tour!!
