The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

The BigBusTours in New York worked really for us , we found it to be an excellent service and found waiting time ok . We had a 3 day tour and 5 attractions , this worked extremely well for us , the guilds were very knowledgeable especially Haynes and Sherwood . Thank you for the excellent experience .

I would not recommend getting this pass to be honest. The other big tour company has waaaay more buses so while you are waiting for your bus you will easily see 2 or 3 buses of the other company and the routes are not that diferent from each other.

We cannot speak for the competition, as we only operate on the route set upon us by the Department of Transportation and we follow all rules and regulations. We are travelling on and off the bus and our first guide Darius was amazing! He was engaged and entertaining and we can tell he really cares about New York. He was our first guide and we expected to have the same level of guides for our following tours...but we have not so far. We are hopeful that we see Darius again today and want to thank him for making our trip so enjoyable.
