I use big bus if its available wherever l go. Usually its a great way to get your bearings and much more fun to hop on and off. BIG mistake. The employees are so rude and arrogant. Not sure if it just New York however coming from San Francisco the day before and thoroughly enjoying the tours to this was upsetting. Firstly it does not matter if you have already paid for or buying it off the street from the pushy employees, you will be treated rudely and any question you may ask will be meet with sarcasm and a general roll of the eyes. You are first lined up to get your tickets. The person behind the counter was the only real nice person and l think he just affiliated not an actual employee.Then you get to go and line up behind a huge amount of people waiting to get on. I know its New York I know that its a tourist place however, everyone wants the top level. No-one wants to sit down the bottom were u cant see out of the windows due to it being blanked out with stickers. After 30 minutes and three buses we were finally on board. I didn't really care to much as first day we usually go to were we want to then try for top level access so we get to see the sights. The employees whom are given info over the mic are very rude and really don't know much information. Whenever they were asked a question they were rude as it seemed like an inconvenience to be asked. We hopped on and off a couple of times so never the same person and this happened every time. In the end due to all the above we ended up not using the 3 days and went about the subway which is faster and easier to get from point A to B. So do yourself a favor only do one day and good luck with trying for top level or a pleasant experience.

Our employees go through an extensive training process and are expected to treat all of our guests with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Anything short of that is completely unacceptable and goes against our core values. We have had an increase in ridership, and are in the process of adding more buses to meet the demands of our customers, thus decreasing wait times and adding more room. In regards to the windows on the bottom level, the decals are specially made to be seen through. If your vision was in any way impaired, we sincerely apologize, for it is our purpose to provide our guests with a memorable experience while you are here in NYC.

We picked this bus tour over others as we felt it was more popular and might have more buses! I don't think this was the case. They all seem similar so I would go for the best value. The bus tour was good and we enjoyed it. The bus tour has an app. This was good for routes etc but we found it difficult to locate the stops for the hop on hop off. They are not obvious and some are only hop off. We figured it out eventually. The only other issue we had was when you book online you go to madame tussauds to collect your tickets. They give you a print out for the bus and the attractions. They do warn you that if you lose the ticket they wont replace them. I felt this was not good since we paid nearly €700 for the passes.

Purchased three day pass. It was a waste of money let alone your time. No air conditioning on first floor for those who don’t want to sit in hot and humid weather in open part. Thought it would let you off closer to major attractions than it did. Spent an hour trying to get back around to where we wanted to get off at but still had to walk to attraction. Should be like Boston and their Trollies where you could get off where you wanted since traffic is about the same. One guide was very helpful, but others had a major lack of interest in their jobs. So disgusted that we chose to pay for cabs rather than waste time and that’s saying a lot right there if you choose to ride in a cab in New York City and for go what you had already paid for. Would not recommend this way of getting around city to anyone. Would have rated a zero if could have.

Good Afternoon citwek We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are aware of the issues with the air conditioning on some of our buses. We have our mechanics hard at work making sure all of our buses are cool and comfortable for our guests. Our tours are designed with designated stops in areas of great interest to our guests. The majority of our stops are either at an attraction or in very close walking distance to an one. We are happy to hear that one of the guides you had was helpful, but disappointed that you felt the others were not up to par.
