I bought New York City Passes for my family of five. Chose the 3 attraction pass for all five of us. A great way to save a lot of money on attractions and if bought ahead and planned/booked correctly there is nothing that can go wrong. I bought the passes well in advance of our holiday to the USA and then also booked the 3 attractions ahead of the holiday without any problems at all. Very easy and straight forward online booking process and plenty of choice for preferred attractions. (We chose Empire State Building, Top Of The Rock and Ground Zero Memorial/Museum) Would highly recommend City PASS for well organised people who know what days and what times they want to do certain attractions. Top tip... book ahead to avoid disappointment at the popular attractions especially in peak holiday seasons!

The Empire State, Top of the Rock and 9/11 memorial were excellent. However the trip to Statue of Liberty was AWFUL! Hours of queuing in the direct sunlight, being treated like cattle. We didn’t even get off in liberty island as we couldn’t face standing in the sun again for another hour! Absolutely terrible. They need more boats/gangways to get people on and off quicker, shade should be over the queue or limit the number of people who can queue at each time.

We're sorry you didn't have a good experience with Statue City Cruises. Battery Park is currently undergoing a seawall improvement project, resulting in less access and longer lines.
