As 11/05/22 was my birthday I schedule a family trip for my three (3), and hubby. We were at the Chelsea Pier at 7:01 running breathlessly we called to the persons operating the boat the boat was not closed but was told that I am late. I literally cried tears and begged them to put us on we are traveling from Long Island and really wanted to share this experience.
My coworkers at the hospital are all waiting to hear about this trip that I was so excited to be on. The boat didn’t leave until 10 mins later while we are standing outside my children and myself crying begging them to take us on. They said oh I’d you were one min earlier.
I sat at the pier and watch my birthday dream disappeared from my eyes. With no clue where to go. We tried to contact your company immediately to let them know we are literally standing at the pier watching the boat in the harbor but no body answered the phone. Forty mins later I got someone and explained what happened. I was told I couldn’t get back the money. I told your representative Ashley and Lee the supervisor I am not interested in a refund I really would just appreciate it if they could reschedule the trip and I was told No.
I have worked hard to pay for this trip and to be told of only you were one min earlier and you can’t get back your money and no reschedule . This is disappointing.
At this point all I am requesting is a reschedule of this trip for my family. Thank You.
