The driver, Pam, was very personable and came around at each stop to make sure we got couple pictures! The first stop, The Cottage, had breathtaking views as we sat on the top of a hill overlooking the Appalachians. The second stop, CeNita, has a front row seat to their vineyard and an excellent live guitar player. Last wine stop was Serenity Cellars, and if you get “Captain Malbec” as your tasting guide you’re in for a hilarious time. All the wines were good in their own way, but our favorite was Serenity Cellars by far. We ended the tour by stopping in Helen, the Bavarian town. You can’t go wrong with German food here and it’s a cute town to walk around. All in all, we left about 8:45 am and returned 6 pm, enjoying every second of it.
