The weather or Aurora activity may change during the tour.

Even though everything is good or not good (Weather and Aurora Activity) when it starts, the weather or Northern Lights' activity always changes, and other conditions may change. It will be the natural things involved, which causes a lack of lights or low visibility.

We pick you up at Hotels listed.

With Photo Service (JPG Files) we will upload your photos into OneDrive or Dropbox linked. It takes 3 days to send a URL linked.

We had a great time on this tour! Our driver was very kind and knowledgeable - she had multiple ways of tracking the possibilities of the auroras and we were given both hopeful and realistic expectations of our chances of seeing the lights (spoiler: the lights came out around midnight, to all of our excitement and enthusiasm!). We were able to keep warm in the heated car while waiting. The pictures that the photographer, David, took were BEAUTIFUL! He was able to capture both ourselves and the lights in the background so perfectly. In addition, David was a joy to be around - humorous, lighthearted, and very talented. Would highly recommend!

Small van , couples were made to sit separately, one guy was even made to sit in our van away from his partner in another van. Most customers had iphones, no instructions were given on how to take pics with the Northern Lights, if it shows up ( good thing we were taught by another tour group)No introduction by the tour guide, no hi/hello. The tour turned into a “prom” picture taking not chasing/finding the lights! Go to another tour group that might be more expensive but will try harder to chasing,finding the Northern Lights.

We do not have a small van. We have only LARGE SUVs (8 Passengers) Only for safe driving on the snow. He was arranged on the Front passenger seat Because of his weight and taller height. But he sat the 3rd row by himself during the tour. We DO NOT HELP with Client's Camera (or Phone) Setting up as posted. We did more Than 3 hours 30 min to find the lights. It was mostly clear. But the lights came out little bit late. He got photos under the lights. We investigated that she introduced herself and explained how the lights went. We emailed and posted that it would be the Mother Nature to see the lights. Leah Alaska Journey Tours
