Even though everything is good or not good (Weather and Aurora Activity) when it starts, the weather or Northern Lights' activity always changes, and other conditions may change. It will be the natural things involved, which causes a lack of lights or low visibility.

We pick you up at Hotels listed.

Fabulous once in a lifetime experience! David was great at making sure everyone saw the best of the lights and got many great pictures. Definitely recommend to anyone considering a tour to see the aurora.

We loved Aurora chasing with Alaska Journey Tours and did receive links and download photos. We thought our chaser David did an excellent job finding the Aurora and taking photos. He gave us plenty of time for viewing until the last of us had had enough for the night. Thanks to Leah and Journey tours for working with us to reschedule our tour to a better viewing night that turned out better than we could have expected. Thanks!

We really appreciate your GREAT and Amazing Review on Viator. You were so blessed that you saw the bright Northern Lights even though the weather forecast was mostly cloudy. Disappointed with the photographs we received on this tour. The write up says someone would help with setting our cameras up (David had no idea) so we brought cameras for no reason. The photos were the main reason we booked with this company. The pictures of my sister and I, you can’t even see our faces. We know it can be done as we saw many other peoples photos had clear shots. Again, David is not professional, do they should not advertise that way if they don’t use them. Maybe we just got bad luck but, two days in a row? Was glad we were able to cancel our one remaining trip as they cancelled one night due to weather. They didn’t take us out on a bad night. They get points for that.
