The Northern Lights were spectacular! Unfortunately, the tour operator was not. 15 people packed into a van, ZERO communication. No hello, never introduced himself, never got his name. No information, no discussion about anything. We had to guess we were changing locations because he started the vehicle….. I believe he saw himself as ‘ a driver’ nothing more. This man should not be in the hospitality business. Viator, please screen your people better.

we We didn't take tour and were offered to option out, which we did as weather was bad. Hopefully we will be refunded as we showed up as we got the text to opt out. No one was at the meet site at Pike's Waterfront Lodge and weather was terrible so we figured tour was canceled.
