Me and my friend went on this trip at the end of December and our tour guide Christopher was absolutely amazing. He shared so many Alaska background stories during the ride and was basically out of the van all night looking for the Northern Light. And he also offered complimentary hot beverages in the middle of the trip. Really nice to have something hot when its freezing outside.

The cancel my tour without any reason because the weather was so good and i have to buy again not in this place becouse they have place only for january, it's cost almost the double

Hello, We are not at all clear on which tour you were to be on, but we can assure you that we do not cancel tours "without any reason". The only Murphy Dome tours we have cancelled this season have been for low capacity. We do in fact have a minimum of three passengers for this tour to proceed and if we have fewer bookings than that, we do cancel and issue 100% refunds. We do apologize for any disruption to your travel plans.

Since the road conditions were at Murphy dome, we were taken to Cleary summit. We were picked up on time. The van was comfortable and kept warm throughout the tour. Chris was our guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about Auroras and Fairbanks. Even though the night started cloudy, he was constantly on the watch out for northern lights and alerted us at the first sign. He patiently waited for a few hours till the sky cleared and we were presented with some great views of the northern lights. He even made us warm hot cocoas as we waited. Great experience.
