The road to Murphy Dome is steep and if it is not plowed or is too icy and dangerous we will take customers to an alternative location that provides the same opportunity to see the aurora.

Unfortunately we were unable to view the Northern Lights due to natural acts of God. However, Gina the tour guide was very very good. She gave us a lot of information on wild life in Alaska, Hisory of Alaska and so much more. I really enjoyed her. I was bummed about not seeing lights but she definitely made up for it.

We got to see the Northern light for the first time. We had the best tour guide. She was informative, helpful and I wish I remembered her name. She help me to get pictures.

Although we didn’t get to see the northern lights due to cloud cover, Jean and Jeanie were very knowledgeable about the area and what our best chances to see them were. I learned about a new app from the university to help me track if I have other nights available to see them. They had great stories to keep us entertained and snacks and drinks.
