Service from staff was efficient, they gave instructions on how to operate the scooter, a map was provided, although this would be better if it was interactive and not static, the actual experience of being in Central Park was great fun with our 2 teenagers, would definitely recommend

Great scooters but customer service was terrible Were given voucher for bikes not scooters had to go back and start the transaction again with no apology It seemed more of a inconvenience to them than to me

Amazing experience and such a good way to see Central Park. A little confusion picking up scooters as was told it was the wrong location but eventually sorted it out.
