The tour operator didn't turn up for the boat trip - no communication, no apologies, just didn't bother. Completely ruined our last night in NYC. Luckily Trip Adviser were excellent getting our money back, but as far as I'm concerned a complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Perfect evening. Went as far as the Statue of Liberty then back to the pier passing under both Brooklyn & Manhattan bridges. Views of the city were amazing.
