Don’t bother with this observatory. There is no outdoor option. Go to the Edge Observatory or the Empire State Building. Tickets are highly overpriced for the experience that is offered.

I brought my husband for his birthday and we had an amazing time. My husband and I currently live in Maryland but we were born and raised in NY. The trip was very symbolic of our love for our hometown. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were clear signs that made it easy to get around without getting lost. The tickets were easy to purchase. Booking the trip in advance was also simple.
