Used an SUV for our family of 5 to get from O' Hare to downtown and back. In both cases the drivers arrived on time and we had a very comfortable trip with professional drivers.

We had a long flight from London which had been delayed by 6 hours. What was needed was an efficient and hassle free pickup and drop off. Echo delivered in a every way. I had a text from our driver Ray to let us know he was at the airport and when we had cleared immigration and picked up our luggage he told us where to meet him. The car was spotless, Ray was very well presented and was very chatted and polite. I have no doubt that the service is a little more than a cab or Uber but worth every penny especially after a long flight. Would definitely use again
