Echo provided a great service. From the moment we touched down at O’Hare I received a text from the driver, Secilia, telling me where she would be. We kept in touch as I moved through immigration and customs and I had no problems finding her. Water was provided in the car which was very welcome on a hot day. The car itself was immaculate. Secilia was a great driver and helped pass the time with great conversation and gave me some tips on where to go. Great service that I would use again.

Everything went as planned, met by the well dressed professional driver who was very helpful with our bags. He drove a late model clean Lincoln. Price was very fair for the quality.
