Staff was friendly and helpful. We rented too late in the day and into the early night. The bikes did not have tail lights so there was concern about visibility riding at night. We rented for two hours, but the one hour would have been plenty for us.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced due to the timing of your bike rental. Riding in the early evening can indeed pose challenges, especially in terms of visibility, and we understand your concerns. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of tail lights on the bikes. However, our bikes do have Headlights and reflective strips on the rear and sides of the bikes as they are required by state law so people and cars can see you. Also the city of Scottsdale is very well lite up at night thanks to street lights and hanging lights across our roads in Old Town Scottsdale to give everyone great visibility throughout Old Town. Nevertheless, Scottsdale is rated Gold-level by the National Bicycle community which only has 35 other cities that are Gold Level in the United States. This is because of our dedicated bike lanes, paths, lighting and safety measures the city puts in for bikers at all times of the day or night. If you are still worried, i recommend in the future booking rentals at an earlier time in the day when it is light out. Our rentals start as early as 9am everyday. We also appreciate your input regarding the duration of your rental. We offer different rental options to cater to various preferences. It's essential that our guests have the flexibility to choose what suits them best, and we'll continue to explore ways to improve our offerings. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us.
