It was ok. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. But we booked at 7p to miss the heat. We didn't realize it would be too dark to really see anything. Also riding these bikes isn't that difficult, but being on them for the first time, on the road at night in an unfamiliar place was not exactly comfortable. I think early in the morning would have been much better.

Providing excellent customer service is one of our top priorities, and we're pleased to know that we met your expectations in that regard. We understand your concerns regarding the timing of your bike rental. Indeed, biking in the evening can pose certain challenges, especially in unfamiliar territory. We apologize if this impacted your overall experience. We agree that early mornings often provide ideal conditions for bike rentals, with cooler temperatures and better visibility. We do offer rentals start at 9am and last one's go out at 7pm. So we try to provide a schedule that works with everyone's availability while visiting. If you are concerned about being in a new area at night i would recommend in the future booking rentals for a earlier time in the day. Your insights are invaluable to us, and we hope you might consider giving our bike rental or guide tours another try, perhaps during the morning hours, to fully enjoy the scenic routes and the beauty of the area. Once again, thank you for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Being able to choose which time frame we wanted to rent for was nice. I must admit, I was worried about being scammed!. We arrive at the lot early. THANK GOD they had signage!!! Both reps were polite, cordial and friendly. They gave us the run down. Then, they allowed us to practice. They gave us tips on how to handle the devices. They gave us a complimentary bottle of water. After reassuring us that we were ready, they pointed us in the direton we asked about The machines worked and ran well. We had no issues.
