The actual boat ride when we finally got on was very good. It's short but packed with history. I can't remember half of it so will go again. Finding the boat at pier 36 was a nightmare. No clear signs to the boat dock. When we arrived, early, everything was locked up, so we thought we were in the wrong place. We walked to the opposite end of the pier and entered that side only to find another locked gate. We got back to pier 36 about 5 minutes to departure, to find a woman just opening the gates. No boat in sight. (They made such a fuss about being there 15 minutes before departure and they were not). We waited another 15 minutes before the boat docked and then had to line up and wait some more. That part of the experience was very bad. The crew needs to be better organized and timely.
