Part of the reason Maui has been so popular year after year is due to the breathtaking sunsets. Sure you could just watch from the beach or your hotel lanai, but a front row seat out on the water, sipping some cocktails, enjoying some awesome pupus (appetizers) and hanging with fun people sounds more appealing. Whale watching is included from Dec 15th - April 15th!

We are a party of five, winds picked up severely and it was raining. Some of us get seasick and were hoping the winds would die down but they did not they got worse. And eventually a warning alarm went off By that point it was too late to cancel and get a refund. The few of us that we’re still going got poor directions and timing It would take to get there and missed the launch of the cruise. We thought sure for the safety of the passengers that it would be rescheduled. We did receive a call to see if we were going to make it and we told them no. No offer to refund or reschedule. Disappointed on many fronts.

Aloha Jetta and Friends. It was nice speaking with you the other day. Again, apologies for this incident and the confusion about our cancellation and refund policy. As I communicated on the phone we never want any of our customers to feel obligated to attend a sail when they do not feel as though they will be SAFE during the sail. While customer service is our passion, SAFETY is indeed our number one priority and we will happily reschedule you or refund you in full in these scenarios. Our company along with the other five boats that operate off of Kaanapali Beach did feel that the conditions were indeed safe enough to run this sail that evening and they all operated normally as scheduled. Our beach employee on duty that day was sticking to our typical 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy that evening and was not aware that we are flexible with this policy when it comes to scenarios like yours. As I stated on the phone we refunded you folks in full for this original booking and also have notes in our booking system to take care of you guys during your next stay. Mahalo again for your understanding in this scenario, we truly appreciate your patience with us and will look forward to your "redemption sail" next trip so you can truly experience the greatness of Sea Maui! Mahalo and Aloha!

Nice event. Great crew, let everyone chill out. Nice views. We would do it again if back in Maui on vacation.
