Our tour guide was great but we went on this tour ready to hear scary stories and check out historic sites but were unprepared for what we actually saw with two teen girls. Be prepared to spend two hours walking the sidewalks of sketchy areas of downtown with tent encampments smelling of urine, IV drug use within a foot of you, a disturbing street fight involving a woman and stepping over human poop. While some of the historic stories and ghost sighting stories were interesting, the overall experience left us wanting a shower. This tour was not for us and we all wished we stopped walking 15 minutes in and took and uber back to our car.

If you book this tour, make sure you get Victoria. She is an awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable tour guide. The guide (forgot her name but she wore glasses and had curly dirty blond hair) we had was TERRIBLE. The tour was a waste of money and time. My husband and I have gone on many ghost tours over the years, in various cities, and this was one of the worst. She did not seem very familiar with the city’s history and couldn’t remember people’s names while telling stories (these details are kinda her job!!). We did not get one single interesting, well-told story. She is a terrible storyteller, which is pretty much your JOB if you’re a tour guide. This company really needs to vet these folks they hire.
