Take the most comprehensive tour in New York City that narrates the history of the Stonewall Uprising and the rise of our modern day LGBTQ Pride Movement. This tour starts in Christopher Park, and stops at The Stonewall Inn, and all other sites of LGBTQ historical significance - all while your tour guide narrates the account of the history of our LGBTQ community before the uprising, the account of The Stonewall Uprising, the history of the immediate aftermath, and the rise of Pride! A portion of all of the proceeds of this tour are donated to Heritage of Pride.

This tour brought to life the history of the Pride movement. I especially like how the guide tied in the civil rights movement and highlighted the cooperation of the two movements working towards a humanity for all. Well done. Highly recommend for everyone. 💜

I attended with my girlfriend and we had a really really nice experience! Joe took his time to show us around, tell a lot of interesting stories and answer all our questions. We also got some great tips about where to go after the tour and it was just really nice. And besides that, Joe was just really kind and good company. I bought the tour as a present for my girlfriend, and to be honest I didn’t really know a lot about the pride movement before the tour. On the tour I got a deep understanding of the pride movement, and when you like me don’t know any of the background stories, it’s really mind blowing. At least it was to me. I just had no idea. Thank you for that, It really touched me. We saw many things on our visit in New York, but this was definitely one of our absolute favorites!! 5 out of 5 stars and worth every penny.

First off, props for not canceling on me when was the only one for a late night tour on a Monday night! Great info that may be in contradiction to other sources but the connections and stories make the whole thing come alive. The guides having access to first person sources makes everything feel a little closer than all the years between. For a small area, there was a great deal of information and well delivered with feeling and conversation.
