Do not Book!! Our flight traveling to Miami was delayed hence we wouldn’t make it on time; they refused a refund and wanted to charge 60% for a reschedule. Whether you sick or dying they won’t give you your money back under no circumstances if you aren’t able to make the meeting. Do not book!! No refund policy

Dear Dalisha, We are sorry to see you unhappy about the cancellation / refund policy, however Viator’s policy mandates that any cancellation or rescheduling must be done outside of 24 hours period which was not your case, however we do retain some parcial credit for you in case you want to reschedule for a different date but you will still have to pay rescheduling fees in order for us to cover the operational fees accrued on your reservation. We hope we see you in the future and make you happy as the rest of our clients. Cheers!

Plane was broken down, cheap, and the pilot had trouble starting it up. Although the views were amazing I was scared for my life because the plane was so cheap
