Booked this tour back in July and have been waiting anxiously for the day to finally arrive. Last night it was supposed to happen. Only it didnāt. Forgot to bring my ID (my fault in the excitement and since Iām not from the area and was thrown off grabbing it since I didnāt need car keys or house keys and I donāt carry a purse). Checked the tickets on the way there, didnāt say it was required. Checked the screenshots from booking, didnāt say required. Arrived hopeful that it would still happen since I had the tickets online. (And my friend had his ID). But nope, pilot rude as hell. Just kept asking if I had it. No means no. And asked if I had a picture of it. Again, multiple times of telling him no. Called his manager to tell me I couldnāt continue, fine, whatever. Waiting on my friend to come back from bathroom to see what to do so I set the phone down and pilot upset that I didnāt hand it to him. Stormed off before we could try to see how to remedy the situation. Worst experience. Do NOT recommend.
