Car arrived bang on time, but we were leaving in rush hour so driver was a bit grumpy because of all the traffic, he was the only person who didn't get an extra tip!!(as gratuities already included on booking) But this service is excellent and I would def book it again, car immaculately clean, and very comfortable, completed what was a wonderful 5 days in New York.

I thought this disappointing given that I paid around $93 A and my hotel told me they - seems lot of profit for viator built into the price?
