We used Viator to book a car from the Pier where our ship landed to JFK. What a great idea. It was raining and the line for taxis was outrageous. Our lovely Lincoln arrived, right on time, courteous driver and easy trip (quick too) to JFK. Only way to go when sailing into NYC.

Excellent service - representative met us at the cruise terminal and got us to our van quickly! Our driver was also outstanding!!! We got out of the terminal faster than the long line for cabs and the cruise ship transfer bus... Would highly recommend them!

The trip to the airport was wonderful. The driver was friendly. His driving was very nice. Usually I am very afraid in NY traffic but he made me feel extremely safe.
