it was difficult to find the agent at the cruise terminal - w/my husband on the phone we were able to find her. We then had to wait while she found others - it was POURING rain in NY - she did direct us to wait out of the rain for a while - but had to walk across the street in rain to wait for the car to arrive (I realize there were 3 ships in port that day and there were thousands of people/but agent did not have a sign that said "GO LINK/etc"; therefore she was not easy to find. She did direct us to stand "up close to the building" so we would not get wet while waiting for the car to arrive (we thought the car was supposed to already be there waiting for us - not us waiting for the car)!! Finally car arrived - the agent (female-sorry we did not get her name) helped with getting the luggage into the trunk of the car - driver did not help. We were sorry that we did not have time to give her a gratituty. This driver talked on his cell phone entire way to the airport - however he did get us there in 1/2 hour and did help unload our luggage. Some of the problems finding the driver, etc. were just because the port terminal is not large enough to accommodate 3 ships at once - we will never cruise out of NY again. My main complaint is just not being able to find the driver when we arrived at LaGuardia and not readily being able to find the agent when we disembarded and having to cross the street in pouring rain to wait for the car.
