My three friends and I shared and had no problems. Pleasant and competent driver who was there as soon as call was placed from the airport.
I booked my transfer thru the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill website because they sent me a 10.00 coupon. After booking on line, the printed receipt just showed the date of pickup and that I paid for a limo transfer. When we got our luggage, there was no one waiting for us with a sign with my name. So, we went to the area where the limos park and wait for their clients, but no luck. I had to call the Viator phone number and get directions of where to go and find the driver. All this took over 1/2 hour. The driver said I should have gotten a 3 page set of directions when I printed out my receipt. Also, I had to pay for a 8.50 toll fee. With tip, my trip cost over 60.00. I found out that a taxi cost about 35-40 including toll and tip. Next time I will take a taxi and save time or try Uber or Lyft that most of my friends like. Viator and Wyndham need to get together on their website promotion because something is wrong. The driver was good and courteous.
We booked this private transfer to avoid the cab stand and get to our place faster. I called the previous day to confirm we were only bringing carry on and would be there on time. Other companies were there to pick up passengers..I had to call and we had to wait about 15 min. As soon as we got into the vehicle the driver told us there was an additional toll of 11.50 that we had to pay plus gratuity of course. This should be included in the overall price and not a hidden cost. The driver's gps didn't get us there directly. Next time I will check ahead to see which company is more reliable or just get an Uber!
