After having to speak to FOUR different representatives it took 45 minutes to get picked up. Even though my driver was kind, wonderful and personal... This was a terrible experience. The vehicle arrived and it was very old and in very bad shape.. I bought this car service as a luxury and was sadly disappointed. I could've ubered for$20 less and got a nicer vehicle. It was a birthday gift and it was a bad note to start it off.

The WORST! UNACCEPTABLE! 45 Minutes Late, are you kidding me? You guys Made an excuse that the driver was in traffic, meanwhile he told us he was called 15 minutes before hand to come pick us up, which therefore caused him to get to us after 1PM WHEN WE LANDED AT 12:20! I emailed your company 2 days before hand to confirm and that you were monitoring and tracking our flight. This customer service and communication is absolutely ridiculous! Also the vehicle is filthy. $60 !!? Uberxl half the price and cleaner
