We called in morning of June 18th to confirm pickup we called once our plane Landed and they driver will call and he never did the service told us to Find another way because the dispatch was in ny and they could not get a hold of the driver and call Viator for a refund

We arrived at the airport, our flight had been delayed. We went to our pick up location an no one was there. We called numerous times over the span of an hour. We called the dispatch number and were put on hold...and transferred and on hold. When I finally talked to our driver he told me maybe I should get Uber instead and cancel him. I explained to him that I had paid in advance.....and he should pick us up. He did but the vehicle he came in was in terrible shape inside, and we drove for 20 minutes with him changing radio stations. Our preplanned car service cost $50 and a lot of time and frustration,
