First driver, Levi, picked us up from the airport on time, fantastic vehicle, super nice guy, great experience. Booked a week later to go back to the airport, paid in advance, driver never showed up, messaged the company 3 times that morning to see if they were late, not going to show, whatever, never received a response, waited an extra 30 minutes and ended up taking Lyft. Two days later, have requested a refund and still no response from anyone. No sorry, we screwed up, nothing. For a rate that's 5X what lyft, uber, etc. are I expect them to be better. Just show up. Will never use this company again.

Regarding the missed pickup and lack of response to your messages, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We take your feedback seriously, and we are taking immediate steps to address the issues you've raised. Rest assured, we have investigated the circumstances surrounding the missed pickup and implemented measures and retraining to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We booked this provider for transport from the airport to hotel and a return the following week. Levi, the driver from the airport to the hotel was excellent, on time, kind and courteous. The driver from the hotel to the airport never showed up, no on would answer messages, we waited 30 minutes and booked a lyft. Will never use these people again.

Levi was an exxclennt driver. He was waiting for us, initiated contact, had a very clean car and a nice guy Lemo scheduling company was excellent as well
